Pastor Ruffin Snow is senior pastor of Tri-City Baptist Church in Conover, North Carolina. He came to Tri-City in 1999 from First Southern Baptist Church of Del City, Oklahoma City, OK. During 45 years in the ministry he has served churches in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Washington State, and has concurrently completed education at Ouachita Baptist University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Luther Rice Seminary. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and the Southern Baptist Council on Family Life, President of the Pastor’s Conference of Oklahoma. And served the Boards of Evangelism Explosion International, and the Conservative Carolina Baptists. In 2005, he was honored to say the opening prayer for the United States House of Representatives. Today he serves as a Trustee of the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. 

Ruffin and his wife Melissa have three children --- Jennifer, Joel, and Daniel and ten grandchildren. Joel and Daniel also serve Southern Baptist churches.
